The Supreme Court has consolidated the following substantive issues that will form the backbone of the Presidential Election Petition 2022:
Whether the technology deployed by IEBC met the standards of reliability, credibility and verifiability
Whether there was interference in uploading of form 34As
Whether there was a difference between form 34As uploaded, those received at the National Tallying Center, and those received by Agents
Whether postponement of Polls in selected areas of the Country resulted in voter suppression to the detriment of the petitioners
Whether there were unexplained discrepancies between Presidential results and other elective position results
Whether IEBC tallied and verified results in accordance with provisions of the Constitution
Whether the declared President-elect attained the Constitutional requirement of 50.1% of the total casted votes
Whether there were illegalities and irregularities to warrant nullification of the Presidential Election
