Chance the Rapper and his wife, Kirsten Corley Bennett, have announced their decision to end their marriage after a period of separation.
In a joint statement posted on their Instagram accounts, they informed the public about their decision and expressed gratitude for the time they spent together and acknowledged their blessings, in the form of their two daughters, 7-year-old Kensli and 4-year-old Marli.
The couple pledged to co-parenting and requested privacy and respect during this transition.
It shall be interesting to see the artistic shift for Chance, whose music was largely defined by his personal life, particularly his love and marriage to Kirsten.
